PHYSICAL DESIGN

Toy design with character — from idea to object.

We design distinctive toys, collectibles and physical products with strong silhouettes, tactile appeal and real-world manufacturability in mind.

From character to collectible

A character should not lose its personality when it becomes a physical object. We think about pose, silhouette, material, scale, balance, durability and how the final piece feels in your hand or on a shelf.

FORM / FEEL / FUNCTION

Strong silhouettes. Tactile materials. Objects with a reason to exist.

OUR PROCESS

From concept to production thinking

01

Concept & reference

Character design, sketches, visual direction, dimensions and material exploration.

02

Digital model

A production-minded 3D model designed around the form and personality of the final object.

03

Prototype

3D printed or fabricated prototypes used to test scale, construction, fit, feel and presentation.

04

Refine for manufacture

Wall thickness, part separation, tolerances, assembly, supports, material choices and cost are considered before production.

05

Small-batch production

Where appropriate, we can take a design into small-run physical manufacture and packaging preparation.

For larger production runs, manufacturing partners may be involved.

WHAT WE CAN DESIGN

Physical products with a reason to exist

Collectible Figures

Character-led display pieces and small collectibles.

Play Figures

Physical character products designed for handling and interaction.

Blind Box Concepts

Collectible systems built around character variants, rarity and reveal.

Game Components

Miniatures, tokens, markers and physical pieces for tabletop games.

Branded Character Products

Original mascots and playful objects built around a specific visual identity.

SCREEN TO SHELF

Digital worlds. Physical products. One design language.

Because we work across game design and physical prototyping, characters can be designed with both screen readability and real-world production in mind from the beginning.
